Who are Comfort Breaks?

We’re a big family of 8 who’ve loved caravan holidays for years. But finding affordable family breaks that don’t compromise on quality isn’t always easy. That’s why we created Comfort Breaks at Butlin’s Minehead — to give families and groups the chance to enjoy spacious caravan accommodation, private facilities, and great-value holidays by the sea. Our mission is simple: make booking a Butlin’s caravan holiday stress-free, budget-friendly, and full of unforgettable memories.

Why Butlin's Minehead

Minehead has always been our happy place — from days on Minehead and Dunster beaches to nights at the Hairy Dog, every trip was topped with the magic of the iconic white Big Top at Butlin’s. Today, our holiday homes at Butlin’s Minehead let you experience it all: world-class live shows, nostalgic music weekends, seaside fun, and the buzz of a classic Butlin’s break — with the bonus of private caravan accommodation, more space, and home comforts.

Just a few minutes around the corner, Dunster Castle is one of the true jewels of Dunster and Minehead. With its stunning views and prestigious history, it’s an absolute must-see during your stay. Fun fact: we were actually booked to get married here — until Covid had other plans!
