Refund & Cancellation Policy

We know that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. Below, you'll find a clear breakdown of our cancellation and refund terms to help you book with confidence.


1. Cancellation & Refund Terms

Please note: Refunds are calculated on the full booking value. The retained amount is deducted before the refund is issued.


2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations arising from the following:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Travel issues or transport disruptions
  • Personal emergencies (including illness or bereavement)
  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics or epidemics
  • Force majeure or events outside our control

We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking against unforeseen disruptions.


3. Additional Terms

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days of cancellation confirmation.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

Include your name, booking reference, and check-in date when requesting cancellation.


4. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive without prior written cancellation notice will result in the entire booking being forfeited. No refund will be given in these cases.


5. Cooling-Off Period (Physical Products Only)

In accordance with UK consumer law, a 14-day cooling-off period applies only to physical products purchased and delivered to your home (e.g. merchandise or gifts). This not applies to accommodation or holiday services.


6. Add-Ons and Extras

All add-ons and extras booked as part of your stay—such as Wi-Fi packages, welcome hampers, early check-in, late checkout, or other upgrades—form part of the holiday package and are subject to the same cancellation terms as the accommodation.

7. Butlins Tickets, Events & Activities

Tickets, events, and activity passes purchased through us for Butlins are treated as third-party disbursements, made directly to Butlins on your behalf. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for these purchases under any circumstances, including cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.

Please be aware of the following:

  • These purchases are non-refundable through us, as we do not retain these funds and are bound by Butlins’ own terms and conditions.
  • Butlins' refund policies may vary depending on the nature of the event or ticket. If you wish to pursue a refund or request a change, you are welcome to contact Butlins directly.
  • We cannot guarantee that Butlins will grant a refund, and we are not responsible for any decision made by them.
  • By purchasing these tickets or passes through us, you acknowledge that your refund rights, if any, are entirely subject to Butlins' policies, which may change without notice.
